I've made some Neapolitan pizzas, and they came out delicious. It's easier to work with than other GF flours as well. It doesn't char like wheat flour so it's gonna be harder to get leopard spots without overlooking the pizza. But it's the best overall GF flour I have tried so far.

The chocolate has a very nice taste, a little lactic like the regular white chocolate. It’s creamy, a very nice way of offering vegan option with the taste of white chocolate!
