If you feel it is easier to change your order entirely, feel free to submit a new order and call/email us at supplies@gusta.ca to cancel the previous order. Once your order is shipped, we will not be able to modify it further.

Once an order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number from the courier.  We do not have control over the delivery once the order leaves our facility, please contact the courier for delivery instructions or inquiry.

An order confirmation is sent right after the order is successfully placed.  If for some reason you have not received an order confirmation, please check the spam/junk folder as the email might have landed there.  Please contact us if you are unsure whether the order has been placed.

Orders are usually processed the next business day (Tuesdays to Saturdays). If your order has out-of-stock/pre-order items, it will not be shipped until all items are available. Please refer to "Partial Order" if you would like your order to be shipped separately.

If you would like to ship available items first, we can help to separate the order into two or more orders.  Each time an order is shipped a shipping fee is required.  Please contact us if you would like to do that.

Generally speaking, most items (especially ingredients) will be back in stock 1 to 10 days after you have placed your order (unless otherwise noticed on the product page). While we ship first-come-first-serve, to ensure your priority in the queue, we suggest that you place a pre-order online so that we can ship the item to you as soon as we get it.

As we order some of our professional tools aboard, brands below may take longer to arrive. While we cannot guarantee the exact arrival time, below is the approximate lead time range for reference:
- Ateco: 2 - 8 weeks
- Debuyer: 1 - 6 weeks
- Epicurean: 2 - 6 weeks
- KitchenAid: 1 - 3 weeks
- Matfer: 2 - 12 weeks
- Professional Books & Magazines: 2 - 6 weeks

- Silikomart: 2 - 5 weeks
- Wusthof: 1 - 3 weeks

If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 5 calendar days of receiving your package by emailing supplies@gusta.ca or calling 905-604-6040 to obtain a return authorization code before returning any merchandise. Some exceptions apply, please refer to our return policy for detail.

Yes, we are open for in person shopping!  You may also order online and choose the pick up option to pick up at our studio.

Very simple!  Add your items to cart and select "Pick Up" at the checkout screen.  You will receive a pick up notification once your order is ready.

When you're here to pick up an order, simply let us know your order number and name.

While we endeavour to fulfill orders within reasonable time, the processing time depends on availability of product, whether they need repackaging, and quantity ordered.

We understand at times you may need your items urgently. For special requests to pick up on the same day, please contact us PRIOR to placing your order and we will try our best to help. Kindly note our studio is open Tuesdays to Saturdays 11am - 6pm.
