La Plantation

La Plantation began in Cambodia’s Kampot region in 2013 with a focus on pepper and has since expanded into a wider study of Cambodian spices. Its work combines organic cultivation with direct relationships with family farms and Fair Trade principles, keeping provenance closely connected to how the spices are grown and processed. Kampot pepper remains central, alongside distinctive ingredients such as pandan, lemongrass and turmeric flower. We carry La Plantation because its spices offer more than intensity alone: they express origin, careful agricultural practice and flavours that remain clearly identifiable in the finished dish.
