Made by Mulino Caputo in Naples, Italy, this flour is known for its long fermentation.  Elastic gluten and soft starch help doughs to get a great hydration.  Light, with a perfect rising, satisfy the best maestri pizzaioli’s needs.

Ideal for Neapolitan classic pizza, pasta, focaccia, breads and more!

For reference, the 2.5kg bag makes about 15 x 12" pizzas.

Great product

Purchased this for baking pizza in an Ooni propane oven. Pizza crust was crispy and chewy. This flour perfected my Napoletana pizza. Definitely will be purchasing this again.

Best pizza flour for gas/wood oven

Great flour for making pizza in a proper pizza oven. Makes crispy and chewy crust, very airy and light. Cooked at around 420C with 70% hydration.
