Contrary to the red bag, this Caputo blue bag Tipo "00" Pizzeria Soft Wheat Flour is dedicated to professionals and Master Millers, guarantee with high performances as well as the best quality results in each type of production, from bread to pizza, from dessert to dough.

Made by Mulino Caputo in Naples, Italy, this flour is known for its long fermentation.  Elastic gluten and soft starch help doughs to get a great hydration.  Light, with a perfect rising, satisfy the best maestri pizzaioli’s needs.

Ideal for Neapolitan classic pizza, pasta, focaccia, breads and more!

For reference, the 2.5kg bag makes about 15 x 12" pizzas.
