Clément Faugier is a historic chestnut specialist from Privas in France’s Ardèche region, where the company has worked with chestnuts since 1882. It is particularly known as the creator of the original Crème de Marrons recipe in 1885, alongside a wider tradition of purées, preserved chestnuts and marrons glacés.
