1847 Stone Milling

1847 Stone Milling is a family-run flour mill in Fergus, Ontario, founded around a restored family farm and an Austrian stone mill. Its organic flours are milled from Canadian-grown grains, with varieties such as Red Fife, rye and spelt offered alongside bread, pastry and everyday baking flours. We carry 1847 because its approach gives grain a more prominent place in the baking process: carefully sourced, freshly stone-milled and chosen for the character it brings to the finished bake.
