Les vergers Boiron began as a French family fruit business in 1942 and helped transform professional pastry when frozen fruit purée emerged as a practical way to preserve fruit beyond its harvest season. Today the name is closely associated with fruit and vegetable solutions developed for chefs, pastry kitchens and beverage professionals. We carry Boiron because good purée provides something fresh fruit cannot always guarantee in production: dependable flavour, texture and availability across seasons.
