PCB Création was founded in France in 1992 around a pastry chef’s idea that decoration could become an integral part of modern pastry rather than an afterthought. The company went on to develop new approaches to printed and dimensional food decoration while working closely with pastry professionals. Our current PCB Création selection is centred on coloured cocoa butter and specialist finishing products for chocolate and pastry. We carry them because colour in professional work is also a technical medium: it needs to apply cleanly, behave predictably and support precise visual results.
