We may use hosting, analytics, tag-management, security, marketing, communications, customer-service, and other technology providers, including Google services where configured.

Form and Program Providers

We currently use Tally to host our Student Discount application form.

Authorities and Legal Requirements

Our store is hosted on Shopify.

Shopify processes personal information to provide services to us and, in some circumstances, for Shopify's own purposes.

We use Google tag-management or analytics-related services where configured on our storefront.

10. Student Discount Applications

Our Student Discount application is hosted using Tally.

Information submitted through the application may be processed by Tally in connection with providing the form service and made available to us so that we can assess eligibility and administer the program.

Tally may also have its own privacy terms that apply to its services.

11. Processing Outside Canada

Some of our service providers, including Shopify and other technology providers, may process or store personal information outside Canada.

As a result, personal information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which it is processed and may be accessible to courts, law-enforcement agencies, or other authorities in that jurisdiction in accordance with applicable law.

We use contractual, organizational, and other safeguards where appropriate to protect personal information handled by service providers.

12. Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and for legitimate business, legal, accounting, tax, security, dispute-resolution, and record-keeping requirements.

When personal information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, destroy, or anonymize it, subject to applicable legal requirements and routine backup practices.
