Care

Dishwasher safe. For easiest release, allow the cake to cool slightly before unmolding. Remove the center tube gently once the bake is set, and avoid sharp tools on the mould surface.

Perfect

Matfer is an unbeatable brand. The Mold is just Perfect with strong and durable material, the lid is helping have a cubic shape and stainless steel tube is easy to remove from the baked pound cake and easy to fill. I wish if Gusta Supplies can bring the bigger size as well. The price is fair but definitely much higher than in France.
