República del Cacao

República del Cacao was founded in Ecuador in 2005 with the idea that fine Latin American cacao should be valued more closely to where it is grown. Its professional chocolate range is produced in Latin America and places origin at the centre, drawing on cacao and other regional ingredients to create couvertures with distinct flavour identities. We carry República del Cacao because it offers a different perspective on professional chocolate: one in which provenance is not simply a label on the package, but an important part of how the chocolate tastes and how its story is understood.
