Sosa's Gelcrem Cold is a tasteless thickener that produces a creamy texture (e.g. pastry cream) in cold. It has a variety of uses in the kitchen, particularly in dessert-making and creating texturized soups.
Suitable to use hot or cold for any liquid mass, Gelcrem Cold allows you to get the texture of custard but in cold conditions, without adding gelling agents. It is ideal for use in creams (e.g. raw pastry cream/cold creams) without impairing the flavour. It is also perfect to add texture and to thicken your delicious soups and sauces.
Recommended Dosage: 40 - 80g/L
