Care & Seasoning

This pan benefits from seasoning to build a natural non-stick finish. Wash once, dry completely, then apply a very thin film of oil and heat until it lightly smokes; cool and wipe. Repeat as needed over time. Avoid dishwasher use and prolonged soaking. If rust appears, scrub it off, dry thoroughly, and re-season.
