Powdered gelatin is fat and carbohydrate free. As pure protein, it is also allergen free and easy to digest. It’s great for quick and delicious low-calorie dishes and desserts, such as savory aspics, cake fillings, panna cotta or jellies.
This version is made from porcine sources. We also offer gelatine sheet from 100% bovine sources, or gelatine powder from fish, to meet Halal and Kosher requirements.

Bloom is a unit used to measure the gel strength of gelatine. The higher the Bloom number, the stiffer the gelatine will be.
