About This Product
This odourless Louis Francois gelatin powder is from fish origin. Suitable for kosher and halal preparations. Can be used interchangeably with other types of gelatine.
Powdered gelatin is fat and carbohydrate free. As pure protein, it is also allergen free and easy to digest. It’s great for quick and delicious low-calorie dishes and desserts, such as savoury aspics, cake fillings, panna cotta or jellies.
This version is made 100% from fish to meet Halal and Kosher requirements.

Use:
- Swelling : Pour the gelatin in cold water under moderated bustle, let swell minimum 1 hour
- Melting : Melt at 55°C, do not exceed 80°C. Maintain temperature until complete dissolution
- Verify the complete homogeneity of the solution before using and the absence of no dissolved particles
Bloom strength: 200
Bloom is a unit used to measure the gel strength of gelatine. The higher the Bloom number, the stiffer the gelatine will be.
Observations: White powder. Odourless.

Recommended Dosage: 1 to 2% of the total weight
