Velvet Texture Sprays make it possible to apply a velvety texture to frozen desserts and cakes. Use your imagination to accent your desserts and dessert presentations with these exciting velvet spray colours. Use a blending of colours to highlight your creations!
Easy to use -- this spray ensures best results when used between 20 and 25°C. Spray a thin and even layer on a frozen surface - keeping a distance of 6-8" distance from your dessert. Constantly rotate the cake while spraying the velvet decoration in order to regularly distribute the product. Avoid overuse.
Must be used on frozen surfaces. Recommended setting time before consumption is 4 hours.

Maximum dosage: 50g (equal to approximately 38 seconds of spray) on 1kg of the product to be applied.
Under optimal application, 100ml of product may be used to cover approximately 8 round cakes of 6" diameter and 2" height.
