Emile Henry's smooth Pizza Stone is a unique cooking tray made from refractory ceramic. It allows you to make delicious pizzas with a golden, crispy crust.

Your pizza will be perfectly cooked, just like in a traditional pizza oven. The smooth surface is ideal to knead and stretch the dough, as well as for garnishing the pizza. All that's left to do is to place it in the oven to get a nice crispy crust. The large handles make the Pizza Stone easy to remove from the oven and serve on the table. Practical, it will keep your pizza hot right through the meal and you can cut your portions directly on the ceramic surface.

All Emile Henry products are made in France and offer a ten year guarantee.

        Emile Henry Smooth Pizza Stone

Our family loves crispy crust pizza and I am happy that I can make crispy pizza home now with the Emile Henry Pizza Stone. I have purchased two burgundy pizza stones and they look stunning. The colour is so beautiful and I am glad that I bought two so I can make two large pizzas all at once. Overall, I am pretty satisfied with the product.
However, there is one thing that I would like to comment. On the center of the pizza stone, there is a big round label glued to it. Having a label on a product is very common practice and from my experience, I am always able to peel off the label cleanly using a hair blower without leaving any glue mark. However, this time the round label covers a very big surface and is glued very tight. Took me over five minutes to peel it off using the blower but still left some glue on the surface. I had to wash off the glue very carefully as I was afraid to scratch the surface. This was a very annoying experience.

        Dear Margaret,

Thank you for your honest feedback. We are happy that you are enjoying the pizzas you make. We are sorry about the label experience, and will relay your valuable feedback to the manufacturer. We look forward to serving your culinary needs again in the near future.
