This Soft Gel Paste™ will colour royal icing, buttercream, rolled fondant, macarons, cookie dough, bread dough, cake batter, whipped toppings & icings, gum paste, marzipan, pastillage and white chocolate (with addition of Flo-Coat). Soft Gel Paste™ is peanut, tree nut, soy, and gluten free. It is also Kosher certified.
You can paint with these paste colours by adding a little water and using a small brush.
Chef's notes: For pastry and baking purpose, liquid colouring may contain water content that dilutes your recipe. If liquid content is a concern, we recommend using powdered colouring.
