Care

  • Hand washing is recommended to keep the anodized finish looking its best. Dishwasher cleaning is possible with a mild, neutral detergent, but the surface may lighten or dull over time. This change is cosmetic and does not affect normal baking performance.
  • Avoid abrasive pads, sharp tools, and harsh chemical cleaners
  • Do not soak for long periods; dry thoroughly before storing
  • Line or grease as needed for your recipe for best release
