Care

Hand washing is recommended to keep the anodized finish looking its best. Dishwasher cleaning is possible with a mild, neutral detergent, but the surface may lighten or dull over time. This change is cosmetic and does not affect normal baking performance.
Avoid abrasive pads and harsh or acid-based cleaners
Dry thoroughly before storing
Lightly grease the pan if your recipe is prone to sticking or has low fat/sugar content
