Crafted in France by Valrhona, this premium almond praliné is made with 60% Spanish Valencia almonds and processed using the brand’s unique Révélation du Fruit method. This technique involves slow-cooking the nuts and sugar together from the start—known as “sanding”—to intensify the pure, nutty flavour.

The result is a smooth, creamy paste with a delicate toasted almond profile, low sweetness, and a lingering finish that brings sophistication to any recipe. The paste’s thick, silky texture makes it ideal for fine chocolate bonbons, pastry fillings, ice cream, ganache, and mousse.
