Hokkaido Kabocha Pumpkin Flakes are made from 100% Hokkaido kabocha squash and offer an easy way to add natural sweetness, colour, and body to both sweet and savoury recipes. Kabocha is a dense, naturally sweet Japanese squash often referred to as kabocha pumpkin, and these flakes can be quickly reconstituted into a smooth puree for baking, cooking, and seasonal menu development.

How to use
