Use & Application

  • Shake well before use.

  • Spray a thin, even layer onto a frozen surface from a distance of 6–8 inches (15–20 cm).

  • Continuously rotate the dessert while spraying for even distribution.

  • Must be applied on frozen surfaces to achieve the velvet texture effect.

Amazing cake decoration!

I was able to use this for 20 mini cakes (monoportion entremet). I don't have any previous experience using this, but it was easy enough to use after a few practices. And the result on the cake is beautiful!
