Expensive but worth it

I've made some Neapolitan pizzas, and they came out delicious. It's easier to work with than other GF flours as well. It doesn't char like wheat flour so it's gonna be harder to get leopard spots without overlooking the pizza. But it's the best overall GF flour I have tried so far.
