Daily Grind is 1847 Stone Milling’s signature organic all-purpose flour, freshly stone-milled each week from a proprietary blend of Canadian-grown hard red wheat and soft red wheat. The result is a smooth, buttery-bodied flour with balanced protein content and exceptional flavour — a true upgrade from conventional all-purpose flour.

With a light vanilla wafer colour and sweet, nutty notes of nougat and Brazil nut, this versatile flour elevates everything from cookies and muffins to pancakes and sandwich loaves. It’s unbleached, unbromated, and contains no additives or preservatives — just the whole grain, milled with care to retain its natural vitamins, minerals, and fibre.

Lovely texture and taste!

I used this flour to make a Poolish dough and it worked so well. The flavour and aroma was beautiful, and the texture was really easy to handle. Love that the producer is more local to me as well :)
