Authentic chunky red bean paste for Japanese desserts

Tsubuan (つぶあん) is a traditional Japanese sweet red bean paste made from carefully cooked whole adzuki beans. Known for its chunky texture, this ready-to-use paste preserves the integrity of the bean skins while softening the inner starch for a delicate balance between bite and smoothness.
