This mould is completely oven-ready. The cakes un-moulds easily thanks to the non-stick characteristics of the material. It also comes with a cylinder insert that allows to create a cake with a hole inside that can be filled with a gelly preparation. The result will be flawless and will win everyone over.
Long-lasting shape. Kyoto 800 mould comes with a practical support in Tritan, an innovative material that guarantees an excellent durability and safety. It allows you to create a shiny and customizable coating in tempered chocolate that perfectly matches the cake created with TPLUS+ mould.
It is great for the creation of cakes (it is recommended to spray the mould with oil before usage) puff pastry, leavened bakery and sandwich bread.
