EMILE HENRY Mini Baguette Baker for 5 Mini Baguettes

Emile Henry

$140.95
$189.95

Turn out five mini baguettes in one bake for soup nights, brunch boards, or snackable portions. This covered baker is built for small-batch success, delivering a crisp crust and tender interior with less fuss than traditional steaming methods.

Best for

Mini baguettes, appetizer spreads, kids’ portions, gifting, and quick bakes when you want “fresh bread” without a huge loaf.

Key features

  • Covered design supports humidity for a bakery-style crust
  • Portioned channels help mini loaves bake evenly and release cleanly
  • Ceramic distributes heat gently for consistent colour and bake-through
  • Great for repeatable results with weeknight-friendly timing
  • Lead- and cadmium-free glaze
  • Durable glaze resists scratching and helps prevent fading over time

Specifications

  • Recipe capacity: makes five mini baguettes (about 7")
  • Dimensions: 15.4" x 9.4" (39 x 24 cm)
  • Weight: 7.4 lb (3.4 kg)
  • Oven safe up to 500°F (260°C)
  • Freezer-to-oven capable
  • Microwave safe
  • Dishwasher safe
  • Made in France
  • 10-year warranty for manufacturing defects (domestic use)

Care

Ceramic can crack if exposed to extreme temperature shifts. Avoid moving the baker from very cold to very hot conditions too quickly, and never place a hot dish on a cold or wet surface. Cool on wood, silicone, or a folded towel. Avoid direct flame and stovetop burners.

Allow to cool before washing. Dishwasher safe, or wash with warm soapy water. For stubborn residue, soak first and use a non-abrasive sponge.
