Edone Sicilia Light Roasted "Green" Pistachio Paste is made using pistachios grown in the volcanic soils of Brontë, a renowned region on the slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily. This unique terroir imparts a distinctive mineral-rich quality to the pistachios, resulting in a paste with a complex flavour profile.
This characteristic flavour, combined with the light roasting process, makes the paste a distinct ingredient for both sweet and savoury dishes, reflecting the authentic taste of Sicilian pistachios.
Light Roasted "Green" Pistachio Paste offers a strong pistachio flavour, while its green hue brings an appealing, natural looking colour to your creations.
