With flavour notes often described as anise- and cherry-like, Tahitian vanilla offers a unique profile that complements delicate desserts and aromatic cold applications.

Because Tahitian vanilla is highly sensitive to heat, Nielsen-Massey uses a proprietary cold extraction process to gently preserve its natural flavour compounds—making it especially well-suited for recipes that are chilled, frozen, or gently heated.
