Please note: We refrain from shipping chocolate during summer months when the temperature is relatively warm.  This is in anticipation that the chocolate will not melt during the shipping process.  At above 26°C, cocoa butter in chocolate products may start melting, and recrystallize as white streaks or marks on the chocolate's surface.  This phenomenon is called 'fat bloom'.  While it may not have the perfect appearance, bloomed chocolates are safe to eat and use in recipes.

Useful Information

Standard shipping starts from CAD $5 when your order is $100 or above.  We use the quickest way we can afford to ship your products to you. Please refer to our Ordering & Delivery page for detail.

Pick Up is free of charge at our cooking studio in Markham, Ontario. Please select the "Pick Up" option next to the shipping tab at check out.

If there is a "Special Order" badge on the top right of the product, that means the item is not currently in stock. Generally, most items (especially ingredients) will be back in stock 1 to 10 days after you have placed your order, unless otherwise noted on the product page.  As we ship first-come-first-serve, to ensure your priority in the queue, we suggest that you place a pre-order online so that we can ship the item to you as soon as we get it.

Orders with out-of-stock/pre-order items will not be shipped until all items are available.  If you would like to ship available items first, we can help to separate the order into two or more orders.  Each time an order is shipped a shipping fee is required.  Please contact us if you would like to do that.

As we order some of our professional tools aboard, brands below may take longer to arrive.  While we cannot guarantee the exact arrival time, below is the approximate lead time range for reference:

If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 5 calendar days of receiving your package by emailing supplies@gusta.ca or calling 905-604-6040 to obtain a return authorization code before returning any merchandise.
