Summer in Canada can be unpredictably warm therefore we recommend adding cold packaging to ensure your chocolate products arrive in their intended states.
Each cold packaging comes with a foil wrapping and 1 ice pack, and should be sufficient for 1-2 days transit. For longer transit from Ontario (e.g. to SK, BC, and rural areas), we recommend adding additional ice packs.
Although we are careful and diligent in maintaining the temperature of your package, we unfortunately cannot guarantee the products in the cold packaging will not be affected by warm weather and irregular transit time.
