This cacao powder is perfect for low-calorie applications for products such as sports and diet. As well as aerated bakery recipes like macaron, croissants, and meringues. Its unique very low-fat content also reduces the risk of fat blooming in your spreads.
Additionally, Légère 1% has a unique technical feature that provides better volume (~20%) and a less dense product (better shape stability during baking) compared to standard cacao powder. Its light pink dry colour becomes reddish in your recipe, giving your baked goods a beautiful appearance.
