In order to provide a coffee that has a trusted and consistent flavour profile, AGF selects coffee beans from Vietnam, Brazil, and other countries according to their season and harvest situations. They roast and extract the beans to bring out their characteristics, and then vacuum freeze-dried the liquid in -40C to capture the aroma and flavour of a rounded coffee in the powder. All you have to do is pour in hot water. Please enjoy this coffee with its rich aroma and mellow flavour. Try it black first!
One cup of coffee every day provides 420mg of polyphenols.
You can enjoy the gorgeous aroma and taste, or you can use this in your dessert applications as an excellent substitute of coffee extract or espresso. Think tiramisu, coffee buttercream, mocha pound cake... This coffee's flavour profile is, according to our chef, much more luscious and varied than the common espresso capsules.
