Sosa's concentrated no-added-sugar pine nut paste (naturally contains sugars present in nut), with an intense taste of toasted Spanish pine nuts with a smooth and easy-to-work texture.

Its particularly pronounced aroma goes perfectly with ice creams and pastry creams, ganaches or cottage cheeses, but also in marinades and dishes in sauce.  With a fine and creamy texture, this toasted Spanish pine nut paste will intensify your many pastry creations and chocolate delicacies.

Recommended use: the pure pastes will be suitable for making interiors and fillings (desserts, ganaches for macaroons), fondants, fillings for Viennese pastries, brioches, pastries, flavouring ice creams, savoury sauces, etc. The recommended dosage is 2 to 5%, depending on product and application.
