Very beautiful color, tastes and smells good, not bitter at all. The only problem is that the powder is not that fine.

Hi Su! Thanks for letting us know about your concern. Indeed, as a matcha for professional use, it differs than the ones for drinking. The latter requires 1 hour to produce 40 grams using stone mills. This particular one, however, is a very economical choice to achieve still excellent flavour, aroma, and colour, because it is produced also from the same leaves that makes some of the drinking matchas. A great choice for your everyday smoothie/latte, gelato, and bakery/pastry uses!
