A powdered gelling agent made from seaweed and locust bean gum, providing an elastic effect.
For optimal use, mix Sosa Elastic with liquid whilst heating. Suitable for use with all liquids, it cannot be reheated, is freezable and is of natural origin. You can use this product to make stretchy or springy gels and shrouds.
Use: Mix when cold, then heat to at least 65°C. Melting point 45°C.
Elaborations: Elastic gelatines.
Recommended Dosage: 25-50g /kg
Suitable for vegetarians, vegans and coeliacs. Kosher.
