This Sanneng baking pan with tall edges is ideal for baking buns, such as Taiwanese style soft buns or Hong Kong style sweet buns where direct heat coming from the side needs to be avoided. It also works as a perfect brownie pan for making squares and bars.

- Anodized surface is very easy to clean and does not scratch easily.
