Featuring local Ontario garlic and stone fruits, this chutney/sauce has been a favourite amongst the gourmets who enjoy the Niagara region's abundant harvest in peaches, nectarines, and plums. The garlic used were grown in one of the handful Regenerative Organic Certified™ farms in the region, boasting a very high natural sugar content and thus flavour.
Recommended usage:
- Toppings on canapes
- Fillings for sandwiches, wraps or hamburgers
- Marinade for chicken or meats
- Stir fry with vegetables, squid or shellfish
- Use it as sauce for pasta, pizza or salsa
