Matfer Bourgeat Exopan

Exopan is Matfer Bourgeat’s professional non-stick bakeware range, combining the baking performance of a fine metal body with a multi-layer PTFE coating for reliable release. The construction is designed to promote even baking and efficient browning while making cakes, breads, tarts and other dough-based preparations easier to unmould.

Our Exopan selection includes loaf and travel-cake moulds as well as fluted tart and quiche pans, with selected designs featuring removable bottoms. To help preserve the non-stick surface, follow the individual product care instructions and avoid abrasive cleaning or prolonged exposure to moisture.
