About Gusta Supplies

Gusta Supplies began in 2016 inside Gusta Cooking Studio with a simple purpose: make quality ingredients, professional tools and reliable learning resources easier to access.

Our founder, a chef and educator, saw how difficult it could be in Canada to find many of the products professionals use every day. As the community around Gusta grew, so did the demand for baking ingredients, pastry tools and specialty products. During the COVID years, that growth accelerated, and the small retail area inside the Studio could no longer hold what our customers were looking for.

In 2025, Gusta Supplies moved into its current Markham location, giving us more room to serve professional cooks and bakers, culinary students and passionate home cooks.

We remain closely connected to the learning philosophy behind Gusta Cooking Studio: better access to good ingredients, good tools and practical knowledge helps people cook, bake and create with greater confidence.

What we focus on

We look for products that are useful, dependable and genuinely relevant to the people who use them. Our assortment includes professional and specialty ingredients, pastry and cooking tools, equipment, books and other resources selected with practical use in mind.

We are especially interested in products that can be difficult to source in Canada and in giving customers access to the same kinds of ingredients and tools used in professional kitchens and classrooms.

Customers are welcome to visit, browse our selection and speak with our team. Gusta Supplies operates as a wholesale business, so an account is required to complete purchases in person.
