Chocado is Silikomart Professional’s mould system for modern chocolate work, developed specifically for chocolatiers. The range uses rigid Tritan moulds for pralines, snack bars and tablets, with selected designs paired with platinum-silicone inserts for layered fillings and contrasting textures.
For chocolatiers familiar with traditional polycarbonate moulds, Tritan offers a similarly rigid format with high impact resistance and durability for repeated professional use. Silikomart also specifies the material as free from BPA, BPS and other bisphenols. The result is a mould system designed for precise shaping, repeated production and more complex chocolate construction.
