Sanneng began manufacturing professional bakeware in Taiwan in 1982 and has developed alongside the growth of Asia’s commercial baking industry. Its range is notably broad, but the underlying approach is practical: purpose-specific pans, moulds and tools developed in materials and dimensions suited to repeated bakery production. Gusta carries Sanneng because it gives us access to bakeware that is often difficult to find in conventional Western ranges, particularly for shokupan, Asian bread formats and specialised pastry work, while retaining the consistency expected of professional equipment.
