Prepare multiple rice balls at once with this Hinoki Onigiri Mold (3-Cavity). Designed and made in Japan, this mould is carved from sustainably sourced hinoki cypress wood, a material long valued in Japanese culinary tradition for its fragrance, antibacterial nature, and water resistance.

With three cavities, you can press and release perfectly shaped triangular onigiri quickly and consistently — ideal for entertaining, bento prep, or professional kitchens.

Each cavity holds about 75g of rice, creating compact rice balls that hold together beautifully. Includes a matching wooden press board.
