Description
A well-designed Wusthof cutting board with a crumb catcher. The stable cutting base is a huge benefit, particularly when slicing bread and rolls. Crumbs fall through the heat-treated beech slats directly into the crumb catcher, which can then easily be emptied.
The beech wood has been heat treated and rubbed with oil to maintain the dark colour. Also, this causes the board to be relatively insensitive to stretching and shrinkage.
