It taste like yuzu

When you bite into it, it does not taste like chocolate. It start like eating a solid piece of yuzu.

Great flavour with a fantastic texture

I used this product with some Valrhona white chocolate to make a Yuzu ganache for cream puffs. The product melted beautifully and has an excellent level of yuzu flavour.
