Sosa Whole Freeze-Dried Strawberries are pure strawberries that have been dehydrated to one seventh of their original weight with no additives. They are picked at the ripe season and freeze-dried immediately so you can have them throughout the year without having to worry if it is season or not.
Freeze dried strawberries taste like the original fruit and can be used in patisserie and chocolates. Use as an inclusion in bakery, patisserie and chocolate.
Keep in mind they will be affected by moisture so in order to give them a protective coating, you may coat in "fat" such as cooled melted chocolate, butter, cocoa butter, or praline paste etc.
