SOSA Freeze-Dried Passion Fruit Crispies are made from pure Passion Fruits that have been dehydrated, made into powder which is combined to form crispies. They give a strong burst of flavour. Use as an inclusion in bakery, patisserie and chocolate.

Bear in mind they will be affected by moisture so to give a protective coating, coat in 'fat' such as melted chocolate, butter, cocoa butter, praline paste etc.

These granules measure between 2-10mm. Crunchy granules, not sticky.
