Sourced from the Maroantsetra and Mananara region, they measure approximately 16 to 23 cm, with a humidity level of 32 to 38% and a natural vanillin content of over 1.5%.

Norohy Organic Madagascar Vanilla Beans can be used by infusion, maceration, or direct incorporation, depending on the preparation. Split the bean lengthwise, scrape the seeds, and infuse both the seeds and pod in warm cream, milk, butter, or syrup to develop a fuller vanilla aroma. The beans can also be macerated in sugar or alcohol, or dried and ground for use in pastes, powders, and decorative finishes.
