How to use
Fill the shaper tube with fresh dough, then push the formed log into a storage tube and chill or freeze.
After chilling, tap the side of the tube against the edge of a table to release the dough. Some doughs release more easily after resting at room temperature for about 15 minutes, then tapping. Remove the log and slice.

Hand wash and dry thoroughly before storing.
